We went live with core construction modules of Xpedeon last year and had scheduled the implementation of Payroll for the current tax year beginning April 20. The disruption from COVID-19 in March could have totally derailed our go-live plans for payroll and we were in an unenviable position. We were also concerned about how we would operate in these exceedingly difficult times.

We are pleased to state that notwithstanding the lockdowns, we completed the implementation on time. The Xpedeon Team provided consistent, responsive, and timely support through online conferencing throughout this process. We also saved cost because meetings were more to the point and targeted and consultants did not need to travel.

Our engagement with the Xpedeon team has made us re-assess how we work with other companies and replicate the efficiencies achieved.
